CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMERS Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the Service Pick-Up time to avoid being charged in full for the planned Service. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a charge to the Customer’s credit card for the entire value of the Service agreed upon in the Reservation. By signing this agreement, the customer agrees and authorizes ILIMOWW to charge the customer’s credit card for the entire value of the service if the customer cancels the Service less than 24 hours before it is due to occur.
COURTESY CREDIT FOR CLIENT-CHARGED CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the planned Pick-Up Time and the Customer is paid in full for the unused Service, ILIMOWW will allow a “Service Credit” in the amount charged to the Customer’s credit card as a courtesy. This Service Credit may be redeemed for a Service of equal or lesser value and must be used within 90 days of the canceled Service’s original planned date. The Client waives any interest in or claims to the unused Service Credit 90 days after the initial date of the terminated Service.
