- JFK construction. The Port Authority's rebuild of JFK is still underway. Terminal 6 is opening in phases beside Terminal 5, New Terminal One is rising on the south side, and pickup areas have moved while the work continues.
- The Hudson crossing. Newark Liberty sits in New Jersey, so a transfer from Manhattan usually means a trip through the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel.
- Changing flights. Delays and early landings move the pickup time after the reservation is made.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
LaGuardia sits in East Elmhurst on Flushing Bay, bordered by Astoria and Jackson Heights, and it is the closest of the three airports to Manhattan. The Grand Central Parkway runs along its southern edge and serves as the main road in, with Citi Field a short drive east. Most flights are domestic, because nonstop routes from LaGuardia are generally limited to 1,500 miles.
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
Newark Liberty straddles the line between Newark and Elizabeth, New Jersey, about 9 miles west-southwest of Manhattan. It sits beside Port Newark and the Newark Airport Interchange, where I-78 meets I-95 on the New Jersey Turnpike. AirTrain Newark connects the terminals to the airport's rail station, which is served by NJ Transit and Amtrak.

Should I add extra time for baggage when booking a JFK or Newark pickup?
No. Enter the exact arrival time of your flight. The free wait already allows for baggage claim, and we never charge for the time it takes to collect your bags. If you expect a long wait at customs, move the pickup later, and the grace period starts from the new time.
Do you charge extra for tolls on the way to JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark?
No. Our rates are flat, with no extra charge for fuel or toll roads. The one addition is a 20% gratuity, refunded in full if the ride falls short of your expectations. To tip your chauffeur in person instead, tell dispatch, and we'll remove the gratuity from the fare.
Can you drive us from Manhattan to Newark or Teterboro in New Jersey?
Yes. We run transfers from Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens to Newark Liberty, and to Teterboro for private flights. Our phone line is staffed 24/7, so you can book early departures and late arrivals at any hour.
What is your cancellation policy for airport rides?
Cancel a sedan or SUV at least 24 hours before pickup, or a Sprinter, stretch limo, or bus at least 48 hours before, and there is no charge. A later cancellation can be charged, because the vehicle and chauffeur were held for your time slot.
