Point-to-Point and Hourly Bookings
A point-to-point booking covers one trip from pickup to drop-off. An hourly booking suits a day of meetings between the Loop, the West Loop, and Streeterville, because one car and one chauffeur stay with you between stops.
Flat-Rate Pricing and Gratuity
We add no fuel or toll charges. We add a 20% gratuity to the base rate and show it in your total, so you don't need cash in the car. If the ride doesn't meet your expectations, we refund the prepaid gratuity in full. If you'd rather tip your chauffeur in person, tell dispatch and we'll leave it off.
On the Day of Your Ride
Your chauffeur texts 15 to 45 minutes before pickup. If an airport pickup runs past its grace period, wait time is charged, and you receive an email with the updated total.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free with enough notice. Sedan and SUV bookings need at least 24 hours' notice. Larger vehicles require at least 48 hours' notice.
