Imperial Limo Worldwide Reviews & Testimonials
Booked their airport black car service for a last-minute trip to Boston. The chauffeur was waiting curbside and got me to my meeting in record time while I worked comfortably in the back. Extremely professional.
I can only recommend the Imperial JFK Airport Car Service! I arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, but thanks to their flexibility they picked me up 30 minutes after I contacted them about that issue. Moreover, the driver contacted me when he was leaving for the airport. He helped me load and also unload my luggage, and I felt very safe during the drive. Absolutely worth the price!
Highly recommend. Easy transaction and smooth ride.
Moe was a wonderful driver! We had some great conversations and he was very considerate. I was a bit hesitant to use the service at first because of the pricing, but it was definitely worth it :)

I am extremely satisfied with this service. I used it for my son’s prom and the driver Karim was 20 mins early and very professional and considerate of our needs while taking photos. The communication level of the company was very satisfying, they continuously sent updates on the schedule via text and email. I recommend this service 100%. I will definitely be using them again. Perfect airport transfer! The chauffeur was friendly, professional, and handled everything smoothly. The ride was so comfortable — made travel easy.
Great service, very professional and clean vehicles. I came across these guys on Google and I am glad I found them. The chauffeur was dressed well and very professional. He knew his way around the city and the traffic and the vehicle they send was a newer model Cadillac Escalade and it was very clean inside and out. The car was stocked with water and mints. I enjoyed the experience and I will be using them in the near future again for my Luxury car service needs.
I used this company to rent a limo sprinter for my friend’s 30th birthday, and I loved the service. They sent a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter. It was very clean and luxurious. Our driver John was great and kind. Definitely will be using them in the future

Great people and great service! I used these guys for a luxury sprinter rental with a driver and the experience was amazing. The driver was very nice and Mercedes Sprinter they sent was beautiful. It had 2 screens and the seats were very comfortable. I will definitely use these guys in the future for all my transportation needs.
Imperial Limo was amazing. I used their luxury car service to go to the airport. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The customer service on the phone was great and the driver was even better. I got exactly what I was looking for. The Black SUV came 10-15 mins before the scheduled pick up time and the driver notified me when he got there. The SUV was clean and almost new. It's as if I was the first person to ride in the new vehicle. I would definitely recommend the service to my friends and family. Thank you Imperial Limo!

Absolutely flawless airport transportation! I flew into JFK after a long international flight and my driver was waiting with a name sign right at baggage claim. The black car was spotless and the ride to Manhattan was smooth and relaxing. Imperial Limo’s airport black car service is next-level. Highly recommend their luxury chauffeur service.
I love using this company. I started using them a little while ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. They not only take care of me in NYC but they help nationwide with all my chauffeur service needs. Great team and even better drivers and cars. Definitely worth every penny!
We had a totally fabulous experience with Imperial. The communication was quick and thorough. Reasonably priced. The car was spotless and well maintained. The driver friendly and polite. All in all terrific. Highly recommend Imperial car service.
My driver Sunny was on time, courteous, and considerate. I was on time to my destination and had a pleasant trip. I made an error with my booking, and while I couldn’t be reimbursed, because it was too late and a driver had been sent, I did receive a discount from Alex, who runs the operations.
I recently used Imperial Limo for my transfer to Teterboro airport. They were kind enough to upgrade me an Escalade and the vehicle was immaculate. The driver Christopher was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the ride and even booked my return trip with them.
Professional and friendly. Will certainly use them again.
Nelson was exceptional —such a fine driver & impeccable car. My preferred service hands down!
Absolutely one of the best services I’ve had! The driver arrived 10 min prior to my initial pick up time, and above all, a great ride!
Jack was amazing over the phone. I had a last-minute ride that I had to book to the airport and the team at Imperial made it super simple and easy. Thank you guys and will definitely be using you guys going forward!
