Imperial Limo Worldwide Reviews & Testimonials
Great service, very professional and clean vehicles. I came across these guys on Google and I am glad I found them. The chauffeur was dressed well and very professional. He knew his way around the city and the traffic and the vehicle they send was a newer model Cadillac Escalade and it was very clean inside and out. The car was stocked with water and mints. I enjoyed the experience and I will be using them in the near future again for my Luxury car service needs.
I have used this company a couple of times in the past and it never disappoints. Their black car service is amazing! I usually opt for the premium sedan as I usually travel alone. The drivers are very professional and are always there before my pick up time. Never been late to the airport. Would definitely recommend them 110%.
Professional and friendly. Will certainly use them again.
Moe was a wonderful driver! We had some great conversations and he was very considerate. I was a bit hesitant to use the service at first because of the pricing, but it was definitely worth it :)
Moe was our driver to and from the airport. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us great information about the City. We really enjoyed our conversations and trips with him.
Jack was amazing over the phone. I had a last-minute ride that I had to book to the airport and the team at Imperial made it super simple and easy. Thank you guys and will definitely be using you guys going forward!
From the quick booking process to the friendly driver, everything was perfect. Loved the luxury SUV — comfortable and stylish. Excellent customer service through email and phone.
Best limo service I’ve used in NYC. Professional driver, smooth ride, and exactly on time. Made our trip stress-free. Will definitely book again next time!
I used this company to rent a limo sprinter for my friend’s 30th birthday, and I loved the service. They sent a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter. It was very clean and luxurious. Our driver John was great and kind. Definitely will be using them in the future
This car service was incredible! The driver arrived on time and communicated when and where they were going to come to pick me up. I would definitely use them again!

Driver was on time, polite and helpful.
I usually use ride-shares, but this was on another level. Feels worth every penny. Professional, punctual, and the Escalade was comfortable for our group.
I love using this company. I started using them a little while ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. They not only take care of me in NYC but they help nationwide with all my chauffeur service needs. Great team and even better drivers and cars. Definitely worth every penny!
Beautiful and clean cars, and the drivers are very friendly. I recently had the pleasure of using this company for an out-of-town trip from NYC to DC. The booking process was very easy and seamless. They sent me a beautiful Cadillac Escalade; it was a new model, maybe a year or two old. The driver Otgar was very courteous and Friendly. We had a great chat on the long 4-hour trip. I have been using them since I found them. Great company to work with.
My driver Sunny was on time, courteous, and considerate. I was on time to my destination and had a pleasant trip. I made an error with my booking, and while I couldn’t be reimbursed, because it was too late and a driver had been sent, I did receive a discount from Alex, who runs the operations.
I love using Imerial Limo. They are my go to everytime I am in NYC. They are very fieendly and helpful. I have never had an issue and I usually use their hourly service. It's so convenient for me as I have a busy schedule at times and don't have to worry about ubering everywhere I go. Having the hourly service helps me out a lot. Would definitely recommend them!
I recently used Imperial Limo for my transfer to Teterboro airport. They were kind enough to upgrade me an Escalade and the vehicle was immaculate. The driver Christopher was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the ride and even booked my return trip with them.
I need to hire a black car service to get my mom to her doctors appointment the day after the storm. Most of the companies were charging an arm and a leg for a ride. However, when I called Imperial they were very competitive with their price. They recommended I go with an SUV due to the weather condition and it will be safer. They were very knowledgeable and my mother even told me how helpful and kind the driver was. Two thumbs guys!
Great people and great service! I used these guys for a luxury sprinter rental with a driver and the experience was amazing. The driver was very nice and Mercedes Sprinter they sent was beautiful. It had 2 screens and the seats were very comfortable. I will definitely use these guys in the future for all my transportation needs.
From the first interaction to the final it was superb service. The vehicles were super clean and safe. Overall highly recommend. Thanks Alex & your team for everything.
Good ride home. My Driver was very professional and very good person. I would like to give him more than 10 stars. Will do your services in the future. Nice to know your business. Will recommend to my friends and families.
Booked their airport black car service for a last-minute trip to Boston. The chauffeur was waiting curbside and got me to my meeting in record time while I worked comfortably in the back. Extremely professional.
I recently started using this company as I felt the quality of my old provider was slacking. I am so glad to have found this company. The reservationist was so helpful. The driver was even better. Would highly recommend.

Julian was great. I slept the whole long distance ride. We were moving from NY To VA and Imperial made sure we had the ride on time w a spacious SUV. Will definitely recommend their service.
I am extremely satisfied with this service. I used it for my son’s prom and the driver Karim was 20 mins early and very professional and considerate of our needs while taking photos. The communication level of the company was very satisfying, they continuously sent updates on the schedule via text and email. I recommend this service 100%. I will definitely be using them again. Professionals 👍🏼
I am so INCREDIBLY happy with this service, the driver made the entire evening so special. I am beyond happy with your service. It started with Jack helping me over the phone to arrange the car and then Paras showed up and he was amazing all evening. He waited while the family took pictures of the kids going to prom. He was kind, professional, patient and looked very very handsome. The car was very nice. I will always use this service for a special occasion. Thank you for making my sons prom night so lovely
