Nelson was exceptional —such a fine driver & impeccable car. My preferred service hands down!
Highly recommend. Easy transaction and smooth ride.
I recently used Imperial Limo for my transfer to Teterboro airport. They were kind enough to upgrade me an Escalade and the vehicle was immaculate. The driver Christopher was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the ride and even booked my return trip with them.
Love using these guys. There are the best when it comes executive car service. Highly recommend the team at Imperial Limo for their professionalism and safety. If you're looking for a reliable and well prices option for your luxury car service needs. Definitely use the team at Imperial Limo.
I am so INCREDIBLY happy with this service, the driver made the entire evening so special. I am beyond happy with your service. It started with Jack helping me over the phone to arrange the car and then Paras showed up and he was amazing all evening. He waited while the family took pictures of the kids going to prom. He was kind, professional, patient and looked very very handsome. The car was very nice. I will always use this service for a special occasion. Thank you for making my sons prom night so lovely
Imperial Limo Worldwide was simply the best. From calling Alex and setting up my Daughter's Prom reservation, to her awesome driver Javed. Everything was top notch. If you are looking for a Limo/Party/Car Service Imperial Limo Worldwide is the way to go. Thank you guys! Luis
From the quick booking process to the friendly driver, everything was perfect. Loved the luxury SUV — comfortable and stylish. Excellent customer service through email and phone.
I usually use Uber black for my car service needs but lately I have been getting really bad service from them. So I decided to go with a more upscale black car service. I scheduled Imperial Limo for an airport transfer from Manhattan to EWR. I was very satisfied with the service, the cost is about 30% more than the Uber black that I usually use but it was definitely worth it. They even upgraded me to an Escalade and offered a first time customer discount. All in all it was a far better experience than Uber black. I even decided to book my return with them since the service was so great. Definitely use Imperial Limo for you black car needs!
Booked their airport black car service for a last-minute trip to Boston. The chauffeur was waiting curbside and got me to my meeting in record time while I worked comfortably in the back. Extremely professional.
Absolutely top-tier experience! The chauffeur arrived early, the vehicle was immaculate, and the ride was seamless from Manhattan to the airport. Great communication from start to finish — highly recommend Imperial Limo WorldWide!
Moe was a wonderful driver! We had some great conversations and he was very considerate. I was a bit hesitant to use the service at first because of the pricing, but it was definitely worth it :)
Imperial Limo was amazing. I used their luxury car service to go to the airport. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The customer service on the phone was great and the driver was even better. I got exactly what I was looking for. The Black SUV came 10-15 mins before the scheduled pick up time and the driver notified me when he got there. The SUV was clean and almost new. It's as if I was the first person to ride in the new vehicle. I would definitely recommend the service to my friends and family. Thank you Imperial Limo!
I usually use ride-shares, but this was on another level. Feels worth every penny. Professional, punctual, and the Escalade was comfortable for our group.
I can only recommend the Imperial JFK Airport Car Service! I arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, but thanks to their flexibility they picked me up 30 minutes after I contacted them about that issue. Moreover, the driver contacted me when he was leaving for the airport. He helped me load and also unload my luggage, and I felt very safe during the drive. Absolutely worth the price!
The driver was on time, helpful, and professional. He was also very helpful with our luggage.
Beautiful and clean cars, and the drivers are very friendly. I recently had the pleasure of using this company for an out-of-town trip from NYC to DC. The booking process was very easy and seamless. They sent me a beautiful Cadillac Escalade; it was a new model, maybe a year or two old. The driver Otgar was very courteous and Friendly. We had a great chat on the long 4-hour trip. I have been using them since I found them. Great company to work with.
Good ride home. My Driver was very professional and very good person. I would like to give him more than 10 stars. Will do your services in the future. Nice to know your business. Will recommend to my friends and families.
This car service was incredible! The driver arrived on time and communicated when and where they were going to come to pick me up. I would definitely use them again!
I recently started using this company as I felt the quality of my old provider was slacking. I am so glad to have found this company. The reservationist was so helpful. The driver was even better. Would highly recommend.
The sutomer service was great as well as the driver's and the cars. Would highly recommend!
Perfect airport transfer! The chauffeur was friendly, professional, and handled everything smoothly. The ride was so comfortable — made travel easy.
I used Imperial Limo for the first time yesterday and I couldn't have been more pleased. The chauffeur was 15 mins early and the car was nice and clean. They even upgraded me to an SUV complimentary. The driver Mohisin knew the route and we has a pleasant conversation. The hour ride to the airport went by in no time. Will definitely be using them again!
Absolutely flawless airport transportation! I flew into JFK after a long international flight and my driver was waiting with a name sign right at baggage claim. The black car was spotless and the ride to Manhattan was smooth and relaxing. Imperial Limo’s airport black car service is next-level. Highly recommend their luxury chauffeur service.
My driver Sunny was on time, courteous, and considerate. I was on time to my destination and had a pleasant trip. I made an error with my booking, and while I couldn’t be reimbursed, because it was too late and a driver had been sent, I did receive a discount from Alex, who runs the operations.
Imperial was incredibly professional, on-time, and very safe in the midst of COVID. Moe was our driver, and he was a pleasure. Highly recommend.
From the first interaction to the final it was superb service. The vehicles were super clean and safe. Overall highly recommend. Thanks Alex & your team for everything.
Excellent would recommend for a party bus !
Moe was our driver, what a pleasure it was to work with him! He was outgoing and helpful! Definitely a company that you can count on! Thank you!
Used this type of service for the first time ever. I could not have been happier. The company made it seamless and anxiety free to get from the airport to our hotel. Jose was our driver and he was friendly and just all around AMAZING!! Decided to use this company again for our return flight home. Once again delivered top notch service. Ya'll are outstanding!!!
I love using this company. I started using them a little while ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. They not only take care of me in NYC but they help nationwide with all my chauffeur service needs. Great team and even better drivers and cars. Definitely worth every penny!
